This policy explains how Lume Luxe Cleaning Services LLC handles the information you provide on our quote form and the technical request and security information involved in delivering the site.

What we collect

When you request a quote you provide your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and the details of the cleaning you are asking about (service type, size, frequency, add-ons, preferred date, and any notes). Separately, technical request and security information — such as your IP address, browser type, and request metadata — is handled by our hosting provider so the site can be delivered and protected from misuse.

How we use it

The quote details you provide are used to prepare your quote and to contact you for follow-up using the method you choose (call, text, WhatsApp, or email). Submitting the form requests a quote and follow-up — it is not an automatic booking. This site is hosted by Cloudflare, and quote requests are securely forwarded to Tidyflow so we can manage your inquiry and follow-up.

How it is stored

To make the form easier to use, your browser saves your draft answers, your contact details, and a pending retry (if one is needed) in functional session storage within the same browser tab. This is cleared once your request is confirmed successful or when the browser session ends, although a browser may retain it if that session is restored. We do not use advertising cookies or marketing trackers on this site. Our hosting provider and the quote service we use process operational and security data as needed to run the site and the form.
