Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Lume Luxe website and to quote requests submitted through it.

Quotes are not bookings

Submitting the quote form requests a quote only. It does not confirm a cleaning, a date, or a price. Service details, timing, and any applicable fees are confirmed with you directly before any visit.

Service area

We serve Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Queens neighborhoods of Forest Hills, Rego Park, and Kew Gardens. We may politely decline requests outside this area.

No guarantees about third parties

Links to third-party services (such as our Google Business Profile) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
